Sunday July 16:
  1.  Arrival, no work planned.  Get used to the change of time zone.

Monday July 17:
  1.  Meet with Chair/Vice Chair of IOI2000 Scientific Committee
      to finalize the schedule and to discuss purpose and procedure.
      IOI2000 SC explains current status of the Competition Material.
      [30+ minutes in the morning, say at 9:00 after breakfast]

  2.  Receive printed IOI2000 Competition Material, in particular,
      Task Descriptions, Overviews, Background information, solutions, etc.
      Review IOI SC duties (e.g. confidentiality).
      [30 minutes]

  3.  IOI SC carefully reads IOI2000 Competition Material, especially
      that material which the competitors will receive at the beginning
      of the competition.  Make detailed notes on paper (questions,
      remarks, ...).  Done individually, no discussion.  Everyone reads
      everything.  [remainder of morning, lunch break, afternoon]

  4.  IOI SC meets together to discuss findings of first day.
      [60 minutes before dinner]

Tuesday July 18:
  1.  Meet with Chair or Vice chair of IOI2000 SC. [30 minutes]

  2.  Finish reading all material and making notes, especially the extra
      material (e.g. for GA meeting, background info, grading data). 
      [remainder of morning]

  3.  Discuss all notes and prepare for meeting next day. [afternoon]

Wednesday July 19:
  1.  Site visit: IOI SC visits competition facilities. [morning]

  2.  Meet with IOI2000 SC and support staff (not just the chair/vice chair).
      IOI SC explains its findings, asks questions, receives answers,
      discusses open issues. [30+90+90+30 minutes: general, competition
      days one and two, reserve tasks & conclusion; this may require
      more time!]  This meeting can possibly take place at one of
      the competition facilities (GA Meeting room)

  2.  IOI SC meets to prepare for review of the grading system.
      Decide who is going to work on which task(s) and concentrate on
      what aspects. [30 minutes]

Thursday July 20:
  1.  IOI SC develops various programs in various languages for the
      tasks.  [morning, requires access to competition equipment, one PC
      per contributing member]

  2.  Try out programs with IOI2000 Grading System.  [needs operational
      Grading System]

Friday July 21:
  1.  Finish review of Grading System. [morning]

  2.  Summarize feedback to IOI2000 SC.  [90 minutes; after lunch]

  3.  IOI SC meeting (more general in nature). [90 minutes]

Saturday July 22:
  ?   Excursion (IF SUFFICIENT INTEREST, let me know), early departure

Sunday July 23:
      Late departure
