People have been asking how it is possible that we have
this year these difficulties we are having. First of all,
we managed to execute the competition to a certain
degree of success. However, there are several minor
things that were not ok the first time at least and this
suprises at least some of the teams:

1. Analysis
- Everyone is to blame
-- ISC
-- Present host (SC & Host committee)
-- Previous host
-- IC

2. Suggestions for future

2.1 ISC 

- presently a review body, however what does not exist 
  can not be reviewed
- First meeting 6 months before IOI along with the IC meeting
-- earlier
-- better communication with the IC
-- required material: tasks(12?), theory, solutions, programs, input
   data, plans/programs for generating final input data, 
   (including nearly  everything but maybe things, which interface
   with the grading system, but this needs to be reconsidered)
-- if the material is not there or the host wants the assign
   creating this material to the ISC, the ISC will produce
   the necessary
-- for this, the ISC needs helpers, and apparantely it is possible   
   to get them, and they are not that expensive
- Second meeting/ review round possibly electronically
- It should be noted that in some cases this makes no difference

- The ISC (excluding the members to stand up for the election)
  should interview the candidates

- The ISC should interview the future host candidates. 

- The reason for both interviews is that the candidates
  are more responsive

- Technical support is still unclear and was maybe
  overridden by bigger issues
